The Customer undertakes to independently familiarize themselves with the changes, made to the Policy. The actual use of the Site by the Customer after making changes to the Terms of this Policy means their consent to the new terms.

1.6. Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information and data, obtained by the Contractor as a result of your use of its services. We are not responsible for the actions of individuals and third-party companies that are not related to us.

1.7. If you do not want the Contractor to collect, store, use or transfer your information in ways described in this Policy, you should not use the Services of this Site.

2. Terms of use of the Site

2.1. By providing services for using the Site (hereinafter "Site services"), the Contractor, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that the Customer:
- Has all the rights that allow him/her to register on the Site and use it;
- Indicates reliable information about themselves in the amount necessary for using the services of the Site;
- Understands that the information posted by them about themselves may become available to other network users who may copy and distribute it;
- Realizes that some types of information, transmitted by them to other users, cannot be deleted by him/her independently;
- Is familiar with this Policy, agrees with it and accepts the rights and obligations specified in it.

2.2. The Contractor does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the Customers, except in cases where it is necessary for the fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations to the Customer, reflected in the Agreement, in this Policy or established by law.

3. How we use your personal information

3.1. The main purposes of using your information by the Contractor include: providing services, troubleshooting, improving and optimizing the Site, communicating with Customers, conducting research and creating internal reports. We use the information collected through our service for the purposes described in this Policy or provided to you.

4. Description of the information about the Customer, collected and processed by the Contractor

4.1. The information processed by the Contractor includes:
- User data, transferred to the Contractor during registration on the Site. They include the email address and username;
- Additional information that the Customer provides when editing their account or contacting the Contractor;
- Any additional data provided by the Customer at the request of the Contractor.

4.2. The Contractor processes the above data for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement and the Order when interacting with the Customer. In particular - to provide access to the Site and its control.

4.3. Other data required for the operation of the Site include:

4.3.1. Data on technical means (devices), information on interaction with the Site (Customer's IP address, type of user's operating system, browser type, geographic location), browser history (content that you viewed on the Site), data on the mobile operator, time zone, information on the mobile device, including its model, screen resolution, operating system and Site, as well as information on your use of the Site.

4.3.2. Information created by the Customer on the Site outside the account editing section;

4.3.3. Information obtained as a result of the Customer's actions on the Site, including adding any content;

4.3.4. Information obtained as a result of the actions of other users on the Site;

4.3.5. Generalized analytical information on the use of Internet services.

4.4. The Contractor processes the above data for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement and the Order when interacting with the Customer. In particular - to provide access to the Site and its control.

4.5. The Contractor does not intend to process biometric (in particular, images for identification of Customers) and other special data.

4.6. By posting information about themselves, the Customer understands that it may be available to an indefinite circle of Internet users.

5. Cookies

5.1. Cookies are small pieces of data that Sites request from the browser used on the computer or mobile device of the user. Cookies are stored locally on the computer or mobile device of the user. Cookies contain information that allows you to identify the user's preferences, data about the equipment used, the date and time of the session, etc.

5.2. Cookies are processed by the Contractor exclusively for the purposes specified in section 3 of this Policy, on the terms and in the manner determined by this Policy.

5.3. Cookies received by the Contractor may be processed by Yandex Metrica and other analytical services.

6. Disclosure of information about Customers to third parties

6.1. The Contractor does not disclose your personal information, except in cases described in this Policy, and with your permission.

6.2. The Contractor may transfer the information collected to third parties:

6.2.1. In response to lawful requests from state authorities, including law enforcement;

6.2.2. In accordance with any applicable laws or regulations;

6.2.3. To protect our legal rights or the rights of third parties in case of a lawsuit or an investigation of a fraud case;

6.2.4. As part of the transfer of business, including merger, acquisition or bankruptcy;

6.2.5. We may use analytical services provided by third parties. Service providers may use cookies to collect information about your online activity on this and other sites for non-advertising purposes.

7. Security measures

7.1. The Contractor takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, theft, improper use or alteration by third parties. The Contractor will also store and use the personal data of the Customer as necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes and ensure compliance with the Agreement and Orders.

8.2. Consent to the collection, processing, storage, destruction of personal data can be revoked by the Customer at any time. In case of revocation of this consent by the Customer, the Contractor does not guarantee the possibility of further use of the Service by the Customer.
